We’re excited to share that Out West Catering will be providing a delicious BBQ dinner for our adult guests. The catered meal will include a choice of two meats, two sides, salad, and a roll. To better accommodate our younger guests, the catered BBQ meal will not be provided for children 12 and under. Instead, we’ll have kid-friendly options, including pizza, available for them to enjoy. We’ll be providing beer, wine, and champagne for a toast, along with plenty of non-alcoholic options including bottled water, sodas, bubbly waters, and juice boxes for our younger guests. We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly, as all guests will need to drive home at the end of the night. If you plan on drinking, we strongly encourage carpooling or using a rideshare service (Uber/Lyft) whenever possible. Your safety means the world to us, and we want everyone to enjoy the celebration responsibly.

We’ll have a fenced-in kids’ area set up for our younger guests to enjoy! This space will include a jumpy house, coloring, and games to help keep kids entertained throughout the evening. The kids’ area will be secure, within sight from anywhere on the property, so parents can relax and enjoy the celebration while still keeping an eye on their little ones.

We’ll be celebrating into the night, but please note that the venue has a hard shut-off at midnight. Guests are welcome to head out at any time. Event shutdown will begin around 11:30 PM, and all guests will need to depart by midnight. We appreciate your understanding and help in wrapping up promptly so everyone can end the evening smoothly and safely.
